With the launch of his new label Havêa Records comes Phil's first solo release to set the mood just right. "199X" is taking inspiration from filtered disco loops by the likes of Ian Pooley, Demon or Le Knight Club while infusing some more contemporary Lo-Fi House elements to the mix.
